Mount Prospect Fire Department and Village Nurse to Host Free Pediatric CPR and First Aid Training

The Mount Prospect Fire Department and the Village Nurse are partnering to host a free Pediatric CPR, Choking, and First Aid training session on Wednesday, May 13, from 6-9pm at the Mount Prospect Public Library, located at 10 S. Emerson Street.

Police Department Investigating Armed Masked Subjects Attempting to Burglarize a Vehicle

An investigation into an attempted vehicle burglary by armed masked subjects that occurred in the morning of April 7, 2026 in the 1700 block of E. Camp McDonald Rd. is being conducted.
