OPEN ENROLLMENT: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2026- FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2026
The eSuite 2027 Open Enrollment Portal is now open for all benefit eligible employees.
All elections or changes (Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Child Care and Flex Medical) must be made by this date. The effective date for these elections is January 1, 2027. Even if you are not making any changes, you are encouraged to log on to the eSuite HR Portal to confirm your 2027 elections. Your current (2026) benefit elections will be carried over into 2027 with the exception of medical/dependent care flexible spending accounts. If you are new to eSuite, the eSuite Enrollment Guide will help you navigate.
Outside of open enrollment, the only time you can make changes to your coverage under the plans is within 30 days of an IRS qualifying event (e.g. change in marital status, number of dependents, employment or loss of certain other health insurance coverage, etc.).
Where do you go to make changes or elect/re-confirm benefits?

The Village administration realizes that employee benefits are an important part of a total compensation package offered to employees. Village employees are provided a variety of benefits to assist them in providing quality health and maintenance for themselves and their eligible family members. The Village Board reviews benefit plans periodically so stated benefits are subject to change, modification or deletion from time to time. Additional information outlining benefits and eligibility requirements is available in applicable collective bargaining agreement.
