Submit service requests related to public property, facility, or street maintenance, sewer problems, solid waste including cart replacements, traffic concerns, water and other utility concerns, forestry, public safety and freedom of information (FOIA) requests. Over 70 different types of services can be requested through this service.
Used primarily by the Community Development Department, the Citizenserve mpPortal allows you to submit renewals for business, elevator, residential (rental), liquor, and contractor licenses and report code enforcement concerns on private property (including sign complaints). New for 2020: apply for building permits via the mpPortal.
