The Village of Mount Prospect is operating under emergency protocols dealing with the COVID-19 virus. Village Hall, Public Works, Fire Headquarters and the Community Connections Center are all closed to the public through April 30. Sends emergency messages (i.e. flood, road closures, gas leaks) to cell phones, land lines, email, or fax. This message system is used only in the case of an emergency. All residents and businesses are encouraged to subscribe. You will need to create a username and password through Citizen-Alert.
The Village of Mount Prospect uses an Emergency Alert System to provide residents & businesses with information about local emergencies. Should an emergency occur, Village personnel can use the Emergency Alert System to notify & provide information to thousands of residents in a matter of minutes
