The Mount Prospect Human Services Department provides crisis intervention, court advocacy, assessment, referral and short-term counseling to residents of Mount Prospect. For more information regarding these services, please contact 847/870-5680.

The Village of Mount Prospect’s Human Services Department provides social service assistance to persons with individual or family problems who are referred by the Mount Prospect Police Department. Time limited counseling services of approximately 6- 8 sessions are offered to adults and children after an initial assessment is performed and the case is deemed appropriate for this program. Department staff works closely with area professional to provide comprehensive services. Services are available at no cost.
