Mental Health Matters turns 5! Join us for the 5th annual Mental Health Matters free community event. The event will partner with Fridays on the Green on May 30th, 2025 at Pocket Park.  Join us for a Feel Good Friday as we focus on wellness strategies we can all do to support positive mental health and resilience.  The event will feature a resource fair with mental health agencies, local businesses that focus on wellness, kid’s activities and live demonstrations.
