The Village of Mount Prospect is seeking sponsors to help support the Fridays on the Green concert series. The number of sponsors will be capped and completed sponsor forms will be reviewed in the order received. Sponsor forms must be submitted online using the below form to be considered for review.  The deadline to submit this form is Friday, April 24, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements: Must be a Mount Prospect business and in good standing with the Village (i.e. have a current Mount Prospect business license, no outstanding taxes and utility bills, or active property maintenance or building/zoning code issues, etc.). We will request high-resolution logo images.
