The Village of Mount Prospect is recognizes the role technology plays in business success. It has been brought to our attention that businesses within the Village, particularly the downtown, may occasionally have issues with their internet service. In response, the Community Development Department is conducting an internet reliability survey.
We will use the feedback from this survey to determine if there are any areas of concern within the downtown, and if so, use this information to guide us in discussion with internet service providers. The ultimate goal is to ensure Downtown Mount Prospect has the infrastructure needed by today’s businesses.
