The Mount Prospect Public Library is looking for a part-time Patron Services Assistant to staff our front desk. In this role, you’ll ensure our patrons feel welcomed, heard, and helped by greeting them, answering their questions, pointing them in the right direction, and registering them for programs. When you aren’t at the front desk, you’ll perform office tasks such as answering the phone and handling mail.
