The Residences at 1550, under new ownership and management, is going through a complete renovation and transformation.
Renovations will include modern interior amenities, i.e. stainless steel appliances, microwaves, faux wood floors, cherry wood cabinetry, modern countertops, state of the art fitness center along with a brand new resident lounge that will include a Wi-Fi for our residents, and more upscale changes are coming to The Residences at 1550, and Mt. Prospect.
We are expanding our kitchens, and other features of our floor plans, making all of our one, two, and three bedrooms an "Open" floor plan concept.
