The Village of Mount Prospect is no longer an early voting site.

Voter registration is available at Village Hall (Village Clerk's office, on the 3rd
floor of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson Street) and at the Mount Prospect Public
Library.
To be eligible to vote in the February Primary Election you must be
registered to vote by January 8. (If you have moved or changed your name since
the last election you need to re-register.)
You can also register to vote when you renew or obtain your drivers' license
at
Illinois Secretary of State facilities.
Please note that if you are a Naturalized citizen you will need to bring your
citizenship document.
Voter Registration for Mount Prospect residents is conducted at the Clerk’s
Office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To be eligible to register to vote, a person must:
Be a citizen of the United States;
Be 18 years of age or older on or before the next election;
Provide two (2) forms of identification (one must show the current address)
The forms of identification that may be used include, but are not
limited to, the following:
- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Employee ID Card
- Student ID Card
- Credit Card
- Library Card
- Insurance Card
- Selective Service Card
- Union Membership Card
- Professional Association Membership Card
- Utility Bill
- Check book
If you recently moved to your current address and do not have any identification
at that address, you may use a piece of mail postmarked within the last 30 days,
such as a utility bill.
