When an unfortunate incident occurs such as a fire, lives are suddenly turned around and often it is difficult to know where to begin and who to contact. It is the responsibility of the Mount Prospect Fire Investigation Team to help you through this difficult time.

Investigators maybe requested when fire crews need assistance to determine how a fire might have started. It is the responsibility of the fire investigation team to determine the origin and cause of a fire.

Investigators also work with the home or business owners to help the determine what are the next steps to take to try to get back to normal.
