Fire inspections are completed annually to help businesses, residential properties, churches and schools to have fire safe buildings for the community of Mount Prospect. During the annual inspection, inspectors will meet with a property representative to talk about any fire or life safety issues that might be discovered during that building walk-through.

Inspectors will also complete inspections for new businesses or for any construction projects.
