payment of the tax**
Real Estate Transfer Tax Changes
The Village Board Recently approved minor changes to the Real Estate
Transfer Tax. Long term leases exceeding 30 years are now subject to the
tax. There is also a $15 fee for all exempt transactions. Click on the link
