The Library brings storytime to Caribou Coffee! Meet us there for a half hour of stories, songs, puppets and more that will entertain kids ages 6 and under. Located at 90 E. Northwest Highway, just south of the Library, Caribou will help us welcome spring with a change of venue and special drink discounts. Space is limited and registration is required. Mount Prospect Garage Sale Weekend Mount Prospect Garage Sale Weekend
Organized by Picket Fence Realty's Mount Prospect office, the garage sale includes the entire village of Mount Prospect. Each participating homeowner holds their own garage sale just as they would at any other time of year. The difference is that thousands of shoppers are attracted to this large group sale, said to be the largest of its kind in Illinois.

Artisan 133 Artist Reception - Lynn Rushing
Artisan 133 will host a reception for artist Lynn Rushing on Friday, May 16 from 4-8. Lynn creates stoneware mushrooms for the garden. Babies 23 months and younger and their parents are invited to our annual Baby Talk event. We will move to the music, hear a variety of musical sounds, enjoy baby-friendly puppets, and have loads of fun with Julie Helenius of Chicago’s Old Town School of Folk Music.
