“Lil” Pro Camp is our introduction to soccer. Kids ages 3 through 5 learn the game of soccer through fun games and instruction. Cost: $60

3 yr old – 9am to 9:50am
4 yr old – 10am to 10:50am
5 yr old – 11am to 11:50am

Pro Camp is for kids ages 6 through 12 looking for a little more. Kids learn the fundamentals and techniques of soccer through skill training, specialized drills and small sided games.

The Pro Camp will be held from 9am to 12noon. Cost is $120.

The location of the Mt Prospect Camp is Kopp Park/Rec Plex.

Ahhhhh, summer! Nothing tastes better on a warm weather day than a nice refreshing salad. Mark your calendar to see the culinary team from Whole Foods Market showcase ways to entertain without turning on the oven. Recipes include a crunchy quinoa salad, strawberry spinach salad, and greens with homemade raspberry vinaigrette. Recipes and preparation tips will be provided.
