Learn about the key components of marketing planning and how to get started.
Session 3: Financial Planning - a critical link to profit
Financial understanding of your business is much more than tracking expenses for your tax return. Understanding the underlying cost structure of your business is critical to pricing as well as many other operational decisions. Learn about the key financial components and indicators you need for business decision making.
Walk-ins and pre-registration accepted at a cost of $15 per session.
