The Mount Prospect Fire Department together with the Mount Prospect Citizen Emergency Response Team (CERT) will be celebrating National Severe Weather Preparedness Week, March 3 through March 9 with a “Green Ticket” contest.
During the month of March each of the Village’s green Information Center boxes will be supplied with free In Case of Disaster Be Prepared DVDs. A number of these DVDs will contain a Green Ticket, which will allow the recipient to obtain a prize package from the Mount Prospect Fire Department. The prizes will be age specific and instructions on how to redeem the prizes will be found on the Green Ticket.
